Earlier in the year, Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation confirmed that first-quarter transactions reached AED 6.22 billion across 3,890 deals, a 12% increase on the same period in 2025. Trading activity alone accounted for AED 4.24 billion through 3,128 transactions. Chairman Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi pointed to the integration of legislative and regulatory frameworks as a key driver of the emirate’s steady growth, describing the results as evidence of a market maturing rather than merely expanding.
