Valuation transactions — often an early indicator of financing and investment appetite — rose sharply in Ajman during the first quarter, reaching AED 2.92 billion across 961 transactions, a 63% increase year-on-year. Project-unit valuations alone climbed 71% to AED 188.2 million across 293 transactions. Director-General Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi described the figures as reflective of growing investor confidence in the emirate, supported by a flexible investment strategy and a genuinely competitive market environment.
