Ajman’s property market delivered another record-setting first half in 2026, with the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation reporting 6,815 transactions worth more than AED 10.8 billion between January and June. Of this, AED 7.64 billion came from 5,435 outright sale transactions, while a further AED 1.88 billion was recorded across 969 mortgage transactions — a clear signal that both cash buyers and financed purchasers remain active in the emirate.
The single largest sale of the half-year, valued at AED 215 million, was registered in Al Amerah, while the largest mortgage transaction — AED 123.5 million — was recorded in Al Yasmeen 1. Emirates City retained its position as Ajman’s most actively traded development, ahead of City Towers and Ajman One, while Al Helio 2 led all residential neighbourhoods for trading volume, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia.
Director-General Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi attributed the momentum to competitive pricing, a diversified project pipeline and a regulatory environment built to give investors confidence. For Vista Real Estate clients, the figures reinforce what we have been seeing on the ground all year: Ajman continues to offer some of the most accessible entry points into UAE property ownership, without the price premiums now common in Dubai’s core districts.
